Alongside this, I also support hiring needs across Finance, Marketing, and other functions, ensuring strong talent foundations across the business.In my current role, I:• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business-critical roles, consistently delivering high-quality hires while improving time-to-fill and enhancing candidate experience.• Partner with R&D and Technology leaders as a trusted advisor, aligning hiring strategies with product and innovation roadmaps.• Support residential market teams within Clean Energy, ensuring access to top-tier talent that fuels growth and customer impact.• Strengthen agency partnerships, diversifying pipelines and expanding reach for hard-to-fill roles.• Leverage recruitment analytics through dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with actionable insights.• Contribute to transformation projects, playing an active role in multiple HR change management initiatives to improve processes and adoption.• Drive employer branding and process innovation, positioning Generac as an employer of choice in the competitive clean energy and technology markets.Through this role, I position talent acquisition as a strategic business driver, not just a hiring function, while championing innovation and change within the HR team.
