Currently working with Evans Consoles in the capacity of project coordinator. I have the privilege of working with Domestic and Global clients on a daily basis where I provide solutions as per client needs for their security, surveillance and many other control rooms.As a Client Success Manager at Zones IT Solutions, I leveraged my computer science degree and ServiceNow skills to deliver quality IT services and solutions to clients across various industries. I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges, and provided them with effective and timely support and guidance.I also demonstrated my expertise in catalog management, a key component of ServiceNow, by creating and maintaining customized service catalogs for different clients, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and compliance. I contributed to the improvement of the catalog management process and the user experience, resulting in increased client satisfaction and retention.
