Construction of Tunneling work including testing, commissioning for double lane high speed Railway using (NATM) & (TBM) between Bandra Kurla Complex CH:(0km773m) & Shilphata CH:(21km150m) in state of Maharashtra (Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail)Job Responsibilities:• Reviewing and interpreting design drawings and specifications.• Conducting site investigations and geotechnical assessments.• Review construction methodologies and schedules of Tunnel & Deep shaft excavation, primarysupports, water proofing, Drainage works, Tunnel Lining all tunnel related activities.• Providing support as per recommended RESS like ISHB, lattice girders, shotcrete, wire mesh, rock bolts,drainage holes, Probe holes, consolidation Grouting, Face sealing.• Review NCR, SOR or other changedocuments prior to elevating to the team leader.• Ensure that RFI responses and field changerequests etc are correctly implemented in thefield reviews of design drawings, shop drawingsand installation sequences.• Responsible for ensuring excavation profiles asper drawings.• Execution of portal Stabilization, cut & cover works, & deep shaft Excavation.• Maintaining checklists and RFIs of each activity.• Preparing site visit reports and work reports.• Carrying out all activities as per the approvedmethod statement, design & drawings.• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.• Managing and coordinating site staff, labor, and equipment.• Monitoring progress, quality, and budget.• Troubleshooting and resolving construction-related issues.• Maintaining documentation and accurate records.• Collaborating with geotechnical and structural experts as needed.• Conducting inspection & testing.
