ABOUT UYGAR K.

I am a Senior UX Designer with 13 years of experience and a Behavioural Economist with 19 years of experience. My work is driven by data, cognitive psychology, and a deep curiosity about why people behave the way they do.My UX approach is grounded in behavioural economics, Gestalt psychology, and Bauhaus design principles. I believe every design decision should reflect a measurable outcome, and be built upon for future improvement. Bringing research into strategy and methodology is second nature to me.My relationship with design started young. In 1993, at age 12, I taught myself Visual Basic (that curiosity never left).Most recently, I independently shipped two live iOS apps from scratch using Claude AI as my sole development tool; no team, no agency, no ads- Type and Show: An accessibility communication app for deaf users; enabling real-time typing, display, and speech-to-text. Now at 1,300+ organic users and actively growing on the App Store- Little GPS: A journey intelligence app; combining GPS, G-force, altitude, live weather, and heart rate data to surface behavioural patterns across different types of journeys through iPhone\'s in-house Ai.Both apps were conceived, researched, designed, and launched entirely by me, end to end. They represent everything I believe about UX: start with a human problem, apply rigorous thinking, ship something real, and measure what happens.I love what I do. And I always aim to deliver the best.
