CIP Start-up Validation Engineer Lead (Consultant)• Lead process engineer for CIP system.• Start-up commissioning all the CIP circuits while support cleaning the process skids during active batches, media batch, and stability batches.• Re-design all existing CIP circuits to reduce cycle time, reduce waste water to solvent recovery, add safety functionality to the equipment, add functionality to monitor cleaning flow rate/temperature/conductivity, and flexibility to increase or decrease clean time.• Develop cleaning cycle and sequence to combine cleaning actions (fill CIP tank, Prep CIP tank, drain, and air blow) within the recipe procedure to reduce to cycle duration.• Develop cleaning cycles to effectively clean the tangential flow filter (TFF) to remove product, isopropyl alcohol, and reach the required final conductivity and TOC. The developed recipe to clean the TFF has improved the longevity of the filter.• Develop rinse sample procedure and collect rinse samples.• Identify swab sample locations, perform swab samples, and analyze the results.• Develop and execute cleaning OQ protocols • Review MCS CIP OQ protocols.• Coordinate cleaning, taking rinse samples, and training manufacturing personnel to clean the system.• Support other projects in the facility as the point of contact to solve any issues related to CIP and SIP.• Change control initiation, design, closure and final report.• Lead/design Process skid passivation recipe.
