Oversee and execute timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, complying with internal control policies and procedures, and GAAP accounting standards• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and adjustments, • Consolidate, evaluate, perform, acquire appropriate explanations, and resolve discrepancies of all general ledger accounts• Analyze and adhere to the accuracy and consistency of the financial packages in accordance with GAAP and compliance with internal policies, and reconciliation of inter-company• Resolve 6.2M Intercompany Out of Balance (OOB) within a week• Acknowledge opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for intercompany reconcilations, transactions, and ensure they are accurately accounted for• Map General Ledger Chart of Accounts from Oracle-CMIC, Master Builder, SAP, Sage, and Infor linked to Planful correctly for the accuracy of financial reports• Accomplish the trial balance upload and the consolidation process to produce both GAAP internal and external financial reports, plus EBITDA Walk by Quarter, and then review PTBI and EBITDA• Apply FASB ASC842 guidance for Fixed Asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of operating and finance leases• Manage the asset verification process in line with company policies before assigning Authorization for Expenditure - AFE numbers and process improvement• Execute Asset management, consisting of invoicing the Business Units, analyzing freight charges, scaffolding balances, doing P&L, and finance with schedules and analysis as required• Partner with the other teams for strategic, management; key site personnel to enhance cost control and awareness by collecting, ad hoc analyzing, and summarizing account information and movements• Contribute to the development of effective and efficient solutions, and the employment of accounting processes and internal controls• Back up for the treasury manager
