At Georgia Tech’s Financial Services Innovation Lab, I lead the end-to-end design and development of AI-driven B2B tools for commercial banking, with a focus on improving efficiency and usability in credit underwriting and risk assessment workflows. My work aims to support financial professionals—such as credit underwriters, analysts, and risk officers—by streamlining complex lending operations through better design, automation, and intelligent tooling.In this role, I manage a full-stack product design process, from conducting user research and stakeholder interviews to leading UX/UI design, prototyping, and iterative development. I collaborate closely with academic researchers, banking professionals, and FinTech engineers to translate high-level financial challenges into intuitive, workflow-integrated digital solutions. By aligning AI capabilities with real-world financial tasks, my work helps reduce decision-making friction, improve data visibility, and build trust in emerging technology within traditional banking institutions.
