I have been engaged through top interactive agencies as an experienced UX professional. I\'ve managed the design process across an array of industries and teams. My goal is to help teams rethink or create entirely new brand experiences to disrupt and engage market segments. I began my career as an information architect working to leverage user centered design activities to ensure solutions are iteratively developed with users in mind. My passion for designing experiences and inspiring design teams is contagious. I am quick to ramp up on new projects. I work to engage stakeholders and gather insights to set a design plan. I\'ve directed talent to work independently while delivering holistically in phases. Expert at creating user personas, journey maps, user stories and presentations to present insights that drive user centered design activities. UX Architect: Proven record of organizing and structuring information to deliver experiences that promote discovery through navigational hierarchies. Leveraging user research to achieve business goals in alignment with the user journey map. UX Writer: From quick prototypes to full experiences, I’ve been responsible for writing articles, error messages, labels and emails to ensuring tone and style align with our target market. UX Manager: Able to work with contractors, employees or agencies as needed to craft experiences that dovetail with the overarching UX strategy and bring the brand to life. Set and manage design plans and coordinate appropriate touchpoints to ensure timelines are met and prioritized to align with development targets.
