About Ashley Miller

As a designer with masters in both Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction, I’m drawn to complex projects. With 7 years in product design under my belt, I’ve designed several apps and websites, founded quantitative research programs, guided leadership through strategy and planning, and assisted in streamlining design processes. I am completely incapable of staying in my own lane: If I see a problem, I come up with a solution to fix it. I’m a highly cooperative designer who thrives on developing relationships between the business, product owners, developers, and our users. A product is only as good as the feedback we receive, so it’s better to receive early and often, and I’m very capable of speaking the languages of both developer and business owner. I’m positive that my can-do, friendly approach will make me an immediate asset to your business.

   Product designer for the Fulfillment team, a team dedicated to fulfilling orders from multiple channels - Designed a blue sky vision for shipping products to customers with a focus on improving efficiency for our store associates, increasing accuracy and customer satisfaction, and creating a digital repository of past shipments - Broke down the blue sky vision into release-based chunks to make it easier for both the design team and the development team to ingest - Designed, wrote, and conducted research on multiple features, from end-to-end analyses of processes to usability studies between two options - Collaborated daily with product managers, product designers, product researchers, and developers - Gathered requirements and insights from business stakeholders and store associates - Integral part of integrating the design team into the agile processes to be in line with the developers
