With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a senior manager of strategic programs at Premera Blue Cross, a leading health plan in the Pacific Northwest. I am a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, and I leverage agile methodologies and design thinking to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes for our members, providers, and partners. Obsessed with advancing value based care by leveraging the momentum created by federal and state programs, and applying the learnings from my experience to advance population health objectives and goals.
