VIDGO is the low-cost solution on the market, providing local and premium programming, including one of the largest sports packages, for an affordable price. • Took ownership of the quality for software delivered. Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in Digital Technology, Product Management, Development, Security, and Compliance to drive overall Product Quality • Implement quality assurance processes and common automation frameworks across multiple technology efforts • Champion the QE organization and quality metrics across the organization • Establish and maintain QE governance best practices and standards and ensures consistent application of those practices across the organization. • Develop and continuously refine QE vision and roadmap (manual and automation) aligning to business objectives. • Ensure that programs & projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage risks appropriately • Regular status reporting, including but not limited to budget, project & support status to Senior Leader Ship Build, manage, and mentor a team of engineers. Create staff development plans to align with the organizational and departmental vision. Build a high-performing team, foster open communication, transparency, and the highest level of integrity, trust & collaboration within & across the departments
