As an international experienced Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer I am helping Entrepreneurs to reach their targets efficiently and sustainably. My skills enable Entrepreneurs to focus on what they are best at. I am a Portfolio CFO, means I support my customers a number of days per month. The benefit for customers ist to get the know how and experiences of a Senior CFO without incurring the costs of a full time executive. Those transactions ranged from € 20M to € 1Bn annual revenue.Implementing and Driving Revenue, Profit and Cash Budgets and Forecasts to gain better upfront visibility.Setting up and Running Productivity and Cash Flow Increase programs including restructuring of Operations to triple profit margin and increase significantly cash flow.Transforming the Finance function from transactional focus to value adding business partnering by changing and upgrading ERP systems, near- and offshoring and skill upgrading.I have a diploma in Finance from AKAD University and am multilingual in German (native), English (business fluent) and French (conversational competency)
