Whether that means designing circular systems that actually work in retail contexts, building the operating model to take a sustainability initiative from pilot to portfolio, or realigning a legacy company\'s growth around the opportunities in responsible, climate-forward markets — I direct IDEO teams to bring the strategic and creative thinking to make it real.Most climate and mission-driven leaders are navigating some version of the same tension: how to move boldly on sustainability without disconnecting from commercial and human reality. I hold an MBA with a sustainability certificate from MIT Sloan.
