As a certified architect, I lead and manage projects across all phases, from concept development to tendering and close-out. I am experienced in various types of buildings, including both new construction and restoration work. I carry out project planning and conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed developments. I lead public meetings to present design strategies and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction. I manage contract administration, ensuring that construction aligns with the design intent, regulatory standards, and overall project objectives. As the Architect of Record, I review construction documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
