Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production requirements, while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain accurate stock records and reconcile discrepancies.• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.• Utilize inventory management software Matflow, Excel and Tableau to analyse inventory trends, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize stock levels.• Ensure all incoming materials meet quality standards and specifications. Address and resolve any issues with suppliers regarding non-conforming products.• Work closely with the procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Assist in demand forecasting to predict future inventory needs and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
