Responsibilities:• Responsible for marketing bench consultants.• Gathering the information about the consultant before starting the marketing (Education, exp, relocation, visa, Rate etc).• Responsible for posting consultants resumes on portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.• Mailing requirements to consultants and discussing Billing rate with the Vendors/Clients on Corp- Corp basis.• Submitting resumes through different sources like DICE, Google groups etc.• Co-coordinating with the consultants regarding submittals, interview schedules and the feedbacks.• Calling on candidates and prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts.• Responsible for building up good contacts with the Vendors and maintaining the relation with them in getting good requirements from them to place our consultants
