In my current project, “Cetera Investment System,” I serve as the tech lead, managing a team of 9-10 developers. As a lead, I am actively involved in all agile ceremonies, ensuring task allocation for each team member and driving completion within the sprint timeline. Alongside overseeing the team, I also work on individual stories and successfully deliver them to the client.A key part of my role involves regular communication with product owners to clarify any doubts the team faces. I proactively offer opinions whenever necessary and have primarily focused on addressing production defects and providing effective solutions.As a Tech lead, I had several responsibilities. I worked on day-to-day tasks and also on creating and launching a new Rest API called \"edimotorpolicy microservice.\" I handled everything from setting up how it works to making sure it runs smoothly in both development and testing environments. We used a tool called Postman to check if it works correctly.Additionally, I was involved in an important routine task called \"AMI refresh activity.\" This task required us to update AMI on all our environments: development, testing, and production. The process was a bit complex because we had two different versions of our software: 6.1 and 6.2. To make changes to our software, we used a platform called \"stash\" to save and share our code. If we needed to change the design of our software, we updated our design document with permission from the team.As part of the \"AMI Refresh\" task, we checked if everything was working as it should on all the different environments using a tool provided by AWS. To find logs and any issues with our Rest API, we used a tool called \"Splunk.\" I also had a role in migrating our API to a different system.
