Strong mind-set and takes the product ownership for Bumpers & Exterior Trims.• Design Reviews for technical discussions to make the right technical choices.• Continuous Improvement activities with the objective to always enhance our way of Easy working and deliver on time• Coordinating with Cross-functional team with counterparts to facilitate and meet project time plans• Tracking & Planning of project activity for on time Delivery within Targeted budget.• Managing bumpers or exterior trims with team size of 5-7 engineers.• Responsible for system technical correctness, quality and delivery deadlines.• Maintaining opened issue tracking and responsibility for closing them on time.• Sharing Proposals for technical problems.• Validates data as per customer standards.( Q-checker, Validate)• Knowledge of Product development processes for exterior trims.• Knowledge of ECE & NCAP regulations for Exterior.• After Design Release supporting for component optimizing loops, proto & zero build, testing and validation, change management, SOP support.• Good communication skills.• Style Surface analysis as per the Bumper Regulation.• Work on styling feasibility as per lay out, Packaging & Manufacturing constrains & regulatory requirement as per the Plastic Omnium Fixation standards. Master Section creation. Benchmarking with same segment Vehicles. Fixation finalization as per the part material, assembly process & as per process.• Data Checking before Delivery (Draft analysis, Style Surface Check, thickness analysis, Clash analysis, Process feasibility of fixation, detailed part drawing, Assembly drawing).• TEC rotation axis & fixation concept finalization• Promote Team members to handle the project from start to end.
