I have 3+ year experience in road construction as a *Planning & Billing Engineer*. • Preparing Daily progress report. • Preparing Monthly progress report. • Monitoring & Tracking project progress, and making us reports (Strip Chart, Bar Chart, S-Curve Etc.) • Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) • Letter Writing. • Creating plan & schedules. • Making compliance reports.(Observations, NCR) • Preparing Sub –Contractor’s bill. • Preparing Design Drawings data. • Making BBS for Small Structures. • Assist the project manager with updating drawing, Review of contractor’s method of construction, Monitor the progress of work. • Preparing all records related to Project. • Preparing RFI’s & All Supporting Documents for project. • Preparing Letter summary (Inward, Outward). • Preparing Change of Scope (Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation & BOQ). • Preparing Documents related Extension of Time as per agreement • Preparing COD Documents like Checklist, Compression sheet (as per CA & SITE)
