   I founded Ocean Clicks to support United States law firms and credit repair companies with reliable offshore legal and operational execution.Our work focuses on credit repair operations and legal support, including dispute processing, documentation, client intake, and compliance-aligned workflows supporting obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We work closely with firms handling consumer law, bankruptcy, identity theft, and related case work, providing paralegal and legal assistance that integrates seamlessly into existing teams.In addition to legal and credit operations, we help firms scale day-to-day execution through dedicated offshore support for client communication, appointment coordination, back-office administration, and ongoing operational tasks. Our teams operate across the United States and India, enabling extended coverage, faster turnaround times, and continuity without increasing in-house staffing.My role spans operations leadership, process design, team training, client communication, and long-term growth planning. The focus remains on building dependable systems that allow our clients to reduce workload pressure, maintain service quality, and scale sustainably.
