SREPL UTILITY (Project Operation & Maintenance)As an O&M engineer I am responsible for maintenance of 22kv,630A SF6/VCB and CT and PT at outdoor substation.Also comprising of Power Transformer 22kv, 2MVA,OLTC, ONAN(Universal Make) with OLTC & RTCC panel.My responsibility also include Maintenance of 22kv(ABB make) & 3.3kv VCB(ABB make) breaker in which generally COIL get damage.Also Maintenance of LT Distribution, FCBC,DCDB,NGT Panel. I have to look after the working of 3 phase Motor and Motor Starter.Maintenance of all the Relay and DG Set(25KVA,415V) also comes under my supervision.I have a sound command over the SLD and all the other existing panel diagram with the help of that any troubleshooting can be done very easily.Installation of new equipment with the faulty one in Excitation, LTAC, TRMP, PLC,FCBC,DCDB and all other Relay and Panel.My Job Responsibility also involve making a healthy coordination with my seniors and juniors and ready to help attitude.As well as responsible for making quick decision and answerable to HO for any mishappening.Electrical Erection Client Name:Kamdar infrastructure pvt ltd 2.2×2 (4.4)mw HydroElectric power project Mule Dam rahuri MaharastraResponsible for Erection of all Electrical equipment.LT cable laying,Glanding and Termination.Responsible for Panel wiring as per the cable schedule and panel Diagram.Experience in Power Cable and control cable.Experience in Cable tray works metal conduits.Installation and maintenance and Testing of control Panel.Panel Board Installation and control wiring.Power Cable Kit Glanding and Termination.Panel and Machine Erection.Mechanical work responsibilitiesRTD temperature setting.DE and NDE Bearing temperature setting.Also responsible for proper checking of OIL GRADE for TURBINE OPU and GEAR BOX.Runner Blade Sensor and Guide Vane sensor installation.
