I am a hands-on geek who has loved software since childhood!Having built networking & cyber-security systems for the majority of my career, I have a deep appreciation for the craft of building reliable software. I have a proven knack for designing scalable platforms and systems, and have led teams to deliver steller software products in start-up environments. I believe in using the best technology for the job, and choose to focus on solutions rather than problems.The last start-up I built was Accelopt Networks, where we developed an Edge Computing platform that used Machine Learning to accelerate and optimize Telecom network (TCP) traffic. Accelopt was chosen to be a part of NASSCOM’s first-ever Deep Tech Club (2017), on account of our ground-breaking use of ML in Telecom networking systems. The company was later acquired by the Texas-based MNC Mavenir Inc- and our product was deployed at major telecom operators like Vodafone India.In the past decade, I have worked extensively on Software Systems, Cyber Security, Fast path/DPDK, Data Communication, Machine Learning, Traffic & Network Optimization, Mobile Edge Computing (MEC), Self-Organizing Networks (SON), Next-generation Telecom Networks, TCP Optimization, Deep Packet Inspection, and Video Optimization.I enjoy traveling and am always on the lookout for interesting adventures.
