The work involved designing, estimation, budgeting, material management - using Primavera as a tool, day-to-day execution, progress reviews, quality control, quality assurance, processing DPRs and bills on ERP software-SAP etc, floating tenders, public procurement using GeM, liaison with various external agencies viz. Tender Inviting agencies, Suppliers, Railway Divisions, State Electricity Board etc.Data analysis and presentation using Power BI.
