For over a decade, I\'ve been on a mission to unlock the hidden patterns and irrationalities that keep organizations, that specialize in area of healthcare, from operating at peak efficiency. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Social and Behavioral Health and a Master\'s in Health Communication, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world pragmatism to every challenge. I am passionate about creating innovative, human-centric solutions that improve the lives of patients and professionals in the healthcare sector. Some of my recent achievements include supporting the development of a revolutionary digital health solution that increased patient engagement and satisfaction, designing training programs to upskill frontline providers in using data-driven quality improvement decisions, and innovating new frameworks and thinking models to address complex business challenges.
