Worked across different tech nodes such as SMIC40nm, TSMC 7nm, TSMC 5nm, Samsung 4nm (SF4). Good command over hspice/finesim simulation environment, comfortable in Cadence Virtuoso. Involved in end to end chip development process: architecture to silicon.Associated with 2 US patents and one ISCAS conference paper as one of the secondary authors.
