I have managed the entire project from design to commissioning and handover, ensuring all activities align with timelines and budget constraints. I handle financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, while also evaluating site feasibility, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration is the key to my role - I worked closely with internal teams, external experts, and stakeholders to gather data, finalize project requirements, and manage relationships with service providers such as sub-contractors, EPC contractors, and OEMs. Additionally, I oversee quality certifications, ensuring all project materials meet industry standards before execution.Overall, my work ensures the smooth execution of large renewable energy projects, balancing technical, financial, and quality requirements while fostering effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
