Currently, he leads Product & Design at howtocrackinterviews.com, where he drives the vision and execution of product experiences, brand systems, and creative strategy across the company.With 8+ years across Product, Growth, Marketing, and Design, Utkarsh has worked on building, scaling, and storytelling for products across domains. His journey spans from hands-on execution to leading cross-functional creative and product teams.Previously, he has been part of MBAtrek (The CareerTrek Company) as a Product Manager and has trained aspiring product managers on tools like Figma, Miro, Mural, Adobe XD, and JIRA, helping them transition from learners to builders. He is an MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam and a Computer Science Engineer by training.Outside of work, Utkarsh lives his second life as Valywer Awnem, a culinary storyteller. He cooks, experiments, and documents food the way he builds products, thoughtfully. He also writes (occasionally, but intensely), clicks photographs, plays games, reads deeply, travels (often in his head before reality catches up).As a proud Potterhead, he resonates deeply with Dumbledore\'s quote: “It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.”
