I am actively involved in a wide range of legal responsibilities. My work includes drafting legal documents, petitions, and agreements, filing and managing cases before various courts and tribunals, and assisting in courtroom proceedings. I also participate in client meetings, consultations, and other day-to-day legal and administrative tasks. Through this role, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in litigation, legal drafting, and client management, while developing a deeper understanding of both procedural and substantive aspects of law.

Hello Everyone, I’m Utkarsh Raj, I have a strong interest in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Copyright Law, Arbitration, and Company Law. I’m focused on building a solid foundation in these areas through continuous learning and practical exposure.Over the past year, I’ve interned with Senior Advocates at the Supreme Court and various legal platforms like Legal Specs, Legal Vidhiya, and AGISS Research Institute. My work involved preparing constitutional case briefs, conducting legal research across criminal, constitutional, and copyright law, and developing skills in drafting and courtroom analysis. Constitutional Law motivates me to serve the underprivileged, while Criminal Law offers insight into real-world justice.
