I am a BIM Coordinator at Perkins Eastman, Mumbai, with over eight years of experience in producing detailed design Revit/BIM models and engineering and technical documentation for various projects across India, UK, and US. I hold an MSc. in Building Information Modelling and Management from Oxford Brookes University and several certifications from Autodesk in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. My core competencies include developing BIM department and implementing BIM Execution Plans, coordinating and troubleshooting BIM-related issues, managing CAD and BIM/Revit functions and resources, and performing 4D and 5D BIM analysis using various software tools. I am passionate about enhancing the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the design and construction process through BIM technology and best practices.    Project Startup:1. Review and prepare the project “startup” file(s) using PE Project Template (Imperial or Metric) as its foundation while following the PE BIM Guide for Best Practices.2. Coordinate with Project Architect and BIM team (including Interiors team members) on strategy and structure for the Revit File(s), Worksets, Data Management, etc.BIM Execution Plan:1. Prepare the BIM Execution Plan Documentation Package2. Review BEP Documentation with the extended Project Team3. Verify that Project is being developed in sync with what is outlined in the BEP document4. Append and Update the BEP per project needsKick-Off Meetings:1. Hold an internal Revit Kick-off meeting to review Project Set- up and outstanding tasks with all team members2. Hold a Revit Kick-off meeting with the extended project team to review Best Practices for multi-firm BIM collaboration. Day-To-Day:1. Communicate with the Project Manager and BIM Team in re- gards to model progress and outstanding issues.2.
