Part of the vehicle integration team working across PSLV, GSLV, LVM3, and Gaganyaan, focusing on payload separation systems from concept design to post-flight analysis.Designed and developed a 6-DOF robotic arm–based non-pyro, no-shock separation system, implemented on the POEM platform of PSLV-C60, addressing complex dynamics and integration challenges.Contributed to multiple PSLV missions, supporting system design, qualification testing, and mission readiness activities.Collaborated on PSLV-C59 (PROBA-3), an international mission, performing qualification testing for the satellite separation system as part of the integration team.Involved in the design and development of the orbital module separation system for Gaganyaan, including a band catcher system to control post-separation dynamics.
