ABOUT UTKARSH GOYAL
For more than 7 years, my work has centered around NGS, molecular biology, and genomics, bridging science, technology, and customer success. After completing a PhD focused on plant-microbe interactions using RNA-Seq and molecular techniques, I transitioned into the commercial Life Science space. For nearly 3 years as a Field Application Specialist at MGI Tech, I have supported NGS platforms and automation solutions across Europe.At MGI, I worked closely with diverse customers, from academic labs to clinical settings — providing technical support, workflow development, training, and troubleshooting. Beyond the bench, I collaborated regularly with sales, business development, marketing, and R&D teams. Together, we supported customer adoption, contributed to pre- and post-sales activities, and positioned products effectively.I genuinely enjoy translating complex technical needs into practical solutions that deliver real value. My strength lies in combining deep technical knowledge with a customer-centric and commercially driven mindset, whether it\'s helping labs optimize workflows and contributing to strategic growth.I am always open to discussing genomics, automation, and new opportunities in life sciences.
