Client: One of the Largest U.S. Banks | Program Value:$5M +$2.5M in subscriptions (growing)• Leading a high-value, customer-funded enterprise program delivering cloud-based POS solutions, ensuring revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met or exceeded.• Directing a cross-functional, geographically distributed development team across International time zones to achieve seamless and timely program execution• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders on strategic product management initiatives, including defining and evolving the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and maintaining a groomed product backlog.• Identify potential opportunities for improvement in existing products and developed strategies to capitalize on them• Oversee key Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups to drive program transparency, delivery cadence, and cross-team alignment.• Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) governance, reporting progress, risks, and value delivery to executive stakeholders.• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Pre-Sales Engineering to identify upsell opportunities, support contract negotiations, and align delivery with commercial objectives.• Identify and mitigate program risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer value delivery.
