ABOUT UTA KAPP
Uta Kapp has the mission to empower women for leadership in the digital age. During the last 30 years she has been a trainer and coach in the domain of software development and digitalization. Her focus has been agile leadership and the self-organization of teams with the framework Scrum. She has trained thousands of students in Scrum to advance their careers as Agile Leader, Scrum Master and Product Owner. She has accompanied many companies during their transformation from classical to agile management. From her point of view, digitalization and personal growth are inseparable for women. Her Feminine Agility concepts help women to actualize their potentials and unlock their possibilities and dreams in the digital age. Women embrace cooperative and servant leadership more than classical management. Uta helps them to actualize their selves with the skills needed for this radical new way of management, that is at the core of successful tech companies, to advance their own careers and entrepreneurship. Uta Kapp is member of Scrum.org, the trainer network of Ken Schwaber, co-founder of Scrum. She is trained by Claire Zammits Feminine Power concepts.
