   eCommerce Technical Specialist responsible for supporting a full platform migration from Magento to Shopify Plus and ensuring a seamless transition across all digital touchpoints.My day-to-day included managing Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console, while also maintaining and updating the Magento site with promotional content, UX improvements, and new features until the Shopify platform was live. I supported the lead developer directly in a lean two-person team, later expanding to three, which allowed me to focus more on technical SEO and performance optimization.Once we migrated to Shopify Plus, I took over product data migration—including swatches, sizing, collections, and category mapping—while ensuring proper 301 redirects were in place to protect rankings and organic traffic. I also led the migration of reviews from Bazaarvoice to Yotpo and managed third-party marketplace integrations (Amazon, Macy’s), making sure product content and images synced properly through ChannelAdvisor and Aprimo, our DAM platform.In parallel with the technical work, I also helped support the customer service team with a ticketing system integration. During that time, I recognized that an internal AI tool I had built for SEO content creation—trained on brand tone, product specs, fabrics, and use cases—could also assist customer service.
