Currently a Senior Manager in the Infrastructure Advisory & Project Finance practice in Deloitte with over 11 years of experience working on infrastructure projects. At Deloitte, have been involved with the group’s projects with focus on the transit & transportation, waste management, water/wastewater, and energy/power (utilities, energy-from-waste, renewable energy etc.) sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2011, worked within investment banking focusing on project finance transactions for large infrastructure projects, debt capital markets, and private equity.Well versed with financial modeling, execution of mandates which included, providing valuation advice and transaction structuring. At Deloitte, have been involved with some of the group’s more complex transactions covering the energy and transportation sectors. Have been involved on a number of projects with responsibility for the development of the financial models and risk analysis for each project considering various project delivery models (DBOM, DBFOM, etc.), including VFM analysis, as well as Canada Business Cases. Major industries covered through projects include water and wastewater, energy from waste, transportation, and utilities. Have also assisted various energy and power sector clients (regulated and non-regulated) in development of complex financial models (including M&A models), undertaking valuations and leverage analysis, and structuring M&A transactions, with an in-depth understanding of the utilities’ regulatory landscape in Ontario. Have an MBA from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and completed up to Level II of the CFA Program.
