Implemented interventions that resulted in a 2% reduction in the no-show rate, hence optimising workforce management and enhancing service reliability• Revised payment models continuously while balancing sustainable unit economics, courier incentives, and service quality• Provided analytical and operational support for legal matters, ensuring correct tax treatment and alignment with regulatory requirements• Improved last-mile performance after conducting deep analyses.
