About Mohammed Usman Khan

I am a SAS Programmer at Medpace with hands-on experience in ADaM dataset development and TLF programming in compliance with CDISC standards. Although early in my career, I have been entrusted with responsibilities and study exposure that go beyond a typical entry-level role, working across oncology, arthritis, and other therapeutic areas.I have supported studies involving DSMB, ISMC, PPLs, and CSR deliverables, contributing across the end-to-end programming lifecycle—from ADaM derivation using SDTM and raw data to production and independent QC programming. I actively review data issues, programming specifications, and ADaM specifications, communicate findings to study leads, and implement corrections to ensure accuracy and submission readiness. My experience includes generating and validating TLFs per SAPs, applying Pinnacle 21 for ADaM compliance, and supporting issue resolution during internal and external reviews. I have worked on CSR-related programming, ensuring traceability, consistency, and regulatory alignment.I am focused on building strong foundations in standards-driven clinical programming, with a clear interest in contributing to global and European regulatory submissions. My long-term goal is to continue growing within clinical programming, developing into a lead role over time, and relocating to Europe—particularly Ireland—to work in internationally regulated clinical research environments.I value structured learning, cross-functional collaboration, and high programming quality, and I welcome connections with professionals in biometrics, statistical programming, and regulatory data standards across Europe.
