ABOUT USMAN ZAMAN
Business Analyst with experience working in the branch network and change delivery. Over my five year Lloyds career, I have demonstrated the capability to work within an agile environment through helping deliver key technological projects. These include Immediate Deposit Machine replacements, ATM renewals and Windows 10 upgrade which surpassed one thousand machines. I started my career in branch and I am passionate about the network and how it continues to evolve to support changing customer needs and expectations. I have just completed my first year as a Business Analyst working on the counter re-write program. I am relishing the opportunity to contribute to design and transform the counter estate to aid our colleagues and customers in the future.
