For over 13 years I have focused on one challenge taking complex operations and turning them into smooth and scalable ventures. My career started at Hanco where I gained hands-on experience in fleet management and logistics and discovered my passion for operations and leading teams.I then joined Careem in its early days as the first employee in Saudi Arabia’s Western Region. Over six years I helped grow the business from a small startup into a regional leader. I led initiatives such as launching cash payments in a low-card market integrating taxis and implementing geofencing. These projects increased trips and revenue and contributed to the company’s growth until it was acquired by Uber.After Careem I worked with Shift Inc. to launch a premium B2B chauffeur service and then at Swapp I introduced a flexible car subscription model that disrupted the traditional rental market in Saudi Arabia.Currently I am Head of Operations and E-Commerce Strategy at BrainTrips in the UK where I help SMEs simplify processes adopt technology and unlock new growth.What I value most is building and mentoring high-performing teams. I believe leadership is about trust supporting people and creating an environment where they can do their best work. I enjoy solving complex problems building strategic partnerships and helping businesses grow sustainably.I am now looking for senior leadership opportunities in the UK where I can use my experience to scale operations and make a tangible impact.
