Role And Responsibilities included:• I am working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter.• Mostly working on full time requirement with client TCS, Wipro, HCL America.• Developed talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing. • Schedule all interviews with hiring managers.• Setup web-recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Tech-fetch, and LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) • Search Techniques includes: Boolean Expression, use-to exclude, single word with multiple word phrases. Use this and other sources like references and employee referrals for building up a Virtual Inventory of qualified consultants. • Experience of full time opportunities, all the benefits - Relocation expenses, Health and Dental Insurance for W2 employees. • Recruited for all levels of candidates, from Developers to Project Managers. • Working with Prestigious Implantation partners.
