I enjoy being a problem solver. As an Associate Director of Operational Excellence, I am dedicated to optimizing processes and driving efficiency to make businesses run smoother and more effectively. With a passion for collaboration and an investigative mindset, I thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork and innovation are at the forefront. I started my career in academia, studying various treatments for infectious and inflammatory airway diseases during my postdoctorate research. I transitioned into the pharmaceutical consulting industry in 2020 and gained experience in Contracting Operations; working on drafting, reviewing, and executing RFPs, proposals, change orders, CDAs, MSAs and becoming skilled in client relationship management. My ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement has landed me in Operational Excellence. I have successfully led numerous projects that significantly improved operational workflows and productivity, reduced costs, enhanced quality and boosted overall performance. I have a proven track record of collaborating with multiple divisions and with people of various backgrounds to achieve a common goal. My career goals include continuing to refine my expertise in Operational Excellence, while expanding my impact across different industries (biomedical, healthcare, tech). I am keen to taking on challenging roles that allow me to drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and contribute to the success of forward-thinking organizations. My ultimate aim is to be at the forefront of business improvements, helping corporations thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
