Locations - Liverpool & Manchester Outside of the day to day/recruitment, I play lots of sports, train and gym regularly, read lots of books and love going to the theatre! A decade of resourcing and talent experience spent with an array of organisations in the UK and overseas. Most of my career has been spent recruiting individuals and complex teams across a number of different sectors both consultancy side, RPO/Embedded and in-house.A wealth of experience conducting rigorous UK and International head-hunting research and Executive Search exercises, developing internal candidate attraction strategy and managing end to end internal and external recruitment processes. Resourcing large scale, large budget transformation and change programmes globally, with a track record of delivering recruitment projects and sourcing niche individuals across many technology-led skillsets.
