As the moderator for the “Let’s Get Real with Coach Menachem” podcast, I play a key role in ensuring that each episode runs smoothly and engages our audience in meaningful conversations. This podcast is a platform where individuals come together to explore personal growth, mental health, and spiritual well-being through the lens of Torah values and expert insights.My responsibilities as a moderator include: • Facilitating Discussions: Guiding the conversation between Coach Menachem, guest speakers, and the audience to ensure a dynamic and interactive experience. • Audience Engagement: Curating and presenting audience questions to our speakers, making sure their concerns and interests are addressed thoughtfully. • Maintaining Flow: Keeping the dialogue focused and balanced while allowing for natural and authentic interactions. • Setting the Tone: Creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing and listening.What makes this role particularly meaningful is the opportunity to connect people with the guidance and tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. By helping bring out the best in our guests and ensuring the podcast remains a safe space for open and honest discussions, I contribute to fostering growth and inspiration for our listeners.It’s an honor to be part of a project that has such a profound impact on so many lives, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Coach Menachem and the incredible guests we host.
