We are a 25 years old company with HQ at Nagpur with 850+ employees.Responsibilities:+ Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment, Resource Management Stakeholder Management and Vendor Management.+ To Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs in detail and design the assessment forms, Job descriptions and KRAs document, based on the inputs.+ Have independently hired at Leadership level for Operations, Sales. Accounts, Digital Marketing and HR functions within TAT of 60 days.+ Ensure right candidate engagement with all offered candidates to ensure better conversion ratio.+ To build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements.+ Manage a team of junior Recruiters. Enable and support them in achieving their hiring numbers.+ Design and provide detailed KRAs/KPIS for every candidate onboarded, in consultation with hiring manager, to ensure role clarity and expectations immediately after joining.+ Organized and conducted Recruitment drives for entry level staff and hired 50+ candidates through every drive.Being a key person of HR department acted as an HRBP and throughout my tenure I am involved with Policy making, addendums, Employee Engagement, administering performance management system, reviews & Increments, Internal Transfers, Promotions, Training need analysis, Performance Improvement Plans, Employee Retention, Exit Interviews, Automation of HR Processes by evaluating and implementing HR tools (Keka, Qandle, On Grid BGV, ATS Recruitee etc), Targets and Incentives planning, Rewards and Recognitions, Compensation benchmarking & Competency mapping.\"Recipient of the \'Employee of the Year\' award for 2022 in recognition of exceptional performance, dedication, and contributions to KC Overseas Education Pvt Ltd.\"
