Usha is a senior ESG and Pharma strategic consultant with in-depth sector knowledge, expert understanding of the links between pharma and finance and deep commitment to innovation across global markets. She provides the strategic vision, insight and leadership skills to provide fast-growing, ambitious companies with high-quality, focused consultancy, designed to guide effective, commercial decisions and structure future plans.On completion of her PhD in Pharmacy, she spent six years at global investment giant, Capital Group as an Analyst in the company’s London office where she successfully managed over $100M fund for a large institutional client base.She later went on to form a private investment group formed with senior Capital alumni which led to the creation of Findia Partners, a London-based management and consultancy firm, which gives full scope to deliver detailed research, analysis and strategic advice to a wide range of clients. Usha is currently a Head of Research for The Disruption House, which provides high-quality insights and intelligence to help companies develop a successful ESG strategy. She plays an integral part in accelerating ESG engagement by researching and developing products in the sustainability space,She is also a Main Trainer on the Analyst Training Program at Denny Ellison to provide training on how to effectively write research and build a strong investment thesis. The program is designed for buy-side and sell-side equity research analysts and also MBA students at leading universities in the UK and US. A Honorary Lectureship at UCL School of Pharmacy maintains Usha\'s strong university links and enables her to mentor students and promote career opportunities in the pharma / biotech sectors.SG
