Create automation tools using APIs and scripts around various Cisco\'s collaboration products to help automate the mundane tasks. Ex: Expressway Management tool using Python, Powershell tool to manage intrusion prevention features in Expressways, End user tool to manage their calling privileges.\\\\n4. Built the change management tool using python to help keep track of critical changes in the core call processing server, keep the as-is document up to date and notifies team about the details of the changes.\\\\n5. Deployed and administering the on-premise video conferencing server, which is capable of accommodating video conference for every user in the firm.\\\\n6. Create monitoring tools using scripts and API\'s to monitor the voice and video products and devices to identify issues and rectify proactively.\\\\n7. Provide guidance related to network utilization, capacity, and voice quality issues.
