Project- Six laning of existing 4-Lane road from Gundugolanu (Design Km 10•••80) to Kalaparru (Design Km 10•••80) of NH-5 (NH-16) Design length 27.400Km in the state of Andhra Pradesh under NHDP Phase-V under Bharatmala Pariyojana on EPC ModeResponsibilities held- Experience in Planning and Monitoring of highway and structure activities Monitoring and Controlling the work progress as per monthly and weekly planning or mile stones Co-ordination with clients and consultants about approval drawings like plan and profiles of highways and good for construction drawings of structures Planning and Programming of site works various time periods like weekly and monthly, Material requirements and Man Power requirements. Co-ordination and Supervision with Sub-contractors for Quality of work Preparing the RA Bills or mile stone bills and invoices of client bills against monthly progress preparing the Sub-contractors bills, credit notes, debit notes and invoices against monthly progress Execution of Day to Day concrete and ensure continuous front for structural contractors Quantity and Material check as per the IS specifications. Preparing the various types of quantities like steel, cement, Concrete as per drawing Project Site planning, Scheduling & Billing Preparation of Daily Progress Report & Weekly Progress Report I am conservant with MORT & H and IRC specifications.
