I start with the Layout - analysing product designs and existing facilities to find the best fit for automation. Then, it’s onto robot selection, where every detail from reach to payload plays a crucial role. Simulating these robotic actions allows me to perfect every move, ensuring optimal cycle times. But what excites me most? Seeing those virtual dreams find their footing in reality. Looking the onsite programming of robots to ensuring every tooling is calibrated to perfection, I make sure we don’t just dream of efficiency; we achieve it.
