Administer and optimize backup platforms, managing backup policies, schedules, retention, and replication forboth disk and tape targets; ensure backup infrastructure meets RPO/RTO and DR compliance requirements. Execute and validate backup and restore operations, including file-level and full-system recovery, followingsecurity controls, encryption standards, and formal disaster recovery runbooks. Automate patching and package maintenance for Linux fleets using Ansible playbooks and dynamic inventory,orchestrating rolling updates, vulnerability remediation, and compliance enforcement at scale.
