Since launching in 2023, we’ve grown from an idea to a fast-scaling business with 40+ teammates across multiple locations — and we’re just getting started. My focus is on building a company where discipline = operational excellence, where teammates thrive, and where customers trust us to transform their homes quickly, professionally, and with care. I’ve had the privilege of being featured in national magazines and invited to share my story and strategies on some of the biggest stages in the home improvement industry including Dave Yoho, Accelerate LIVE, Pro Remodeler, and a panel for Tony Hoty. These experiences allow me to give back to an industry that’s given me so much, while inspiring other leaders to build profitable, scalable, and sustainable businesses. Beyond growth, I’m passionate about giving back through programs like Showers for Heroes and USA Showers Cares, which provide safety showers for veterans and support local families in need.
